Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy is only applicable for physical products in case you do not receive the purchased book(s), and after confirming that the book owner is unable to ship them. Please note that we may not be able to provide a full refund.

Refunded Amounts

Upon receiving your refund request and reviewing it, we will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of the request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at that time. If approved, the paid amount will be refunded, and it will be automatically returned to your credit card or the original payment method you used, which may take a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email at kidzooon.web@gmail.com.

Products Eligible for Refund

Refunds can be requested for books sold at their original price. Those sold with price offers, discounts, or sale coupons are not eligible for a refund.

Replacement of Physical Products

We do not replace any physical or tangible products that have been sold in our store. If an item is defective or damaged and you need to replace it with the same item, please contact the product owner and negotiate with them. Please note that our online store is dedicated to electronic sales, and any sales of physical or tangible products are managed by the seller and the buyer. The seller of the tangible product is responsible for shipping and delivering the product to the buyer, and our store does not intervene in this process in any way. We simply provide a platform for the seller to display and sell their product through us to ensure they receive the rightful payment from customers.
